Once that's done, we will send you a brief to complete and schedule a convenient filming day for your content. Before the shoot, we will provide you with a social media content planner, where you can jot down your ideas and specify the types of content you prefer.

We understand that changes may be required at times. Once we have finished creating the social media content, we will send you a link to view it. You can provide feedback and request one revision per post. After you are satisfied with the content, we will proceed to upload the final videos.

We carefully organise each shoot day every month based on the information provided in the social media content planner. As long as there are no unexpected surprises, everything will run smoothly. We strive to make the shoot days enjoyable and hassle-free.

Our monthly social media content bundles require payment at the beginning of each month. If you opt for one of our discounted 12-month bundles, we kindly ask for an upfront payment for three months, followed by nine equal monthly payments.

We understand that circumstances can change, or plans may not go as anticipated. If you select a discounted 12-month bundle, we kindly ask for a notice of three months to cancel. However, our pay-as-you-go bundles, which are paid in advance, do not have a cancellation policy.
